College Summer Program


6-Week Summer Program

Fùtebol Form & Fitness' College Summer program is designed to give local players the opportunity to get training during the off-season. Staying sharp and improving technically, tactically, and physically is crucial for standing out this upcoming 2019 season. By focusing on individual skills while working in pairs and small groups, players will improve their technique and confidence on the ball. Players are here to push themselves and improve their game so we ask you show up ready to work and push yourself out of your comfort zone.

This program is open to current college and players preparing for college. Each session is 2-hours: One hour the group will be on the field with Sporting Director and retired professional player, Brian Kallman and the other hour players can use our equipment (speed chute, ladders, resistance harness, etc.) on their own. The program fee is $140 and registration is required. Get a friend, teammate, or someone you trust to help push you the extra mile and sign up today!

Sharping skills in a fun relaxed way

  • Soccer tennis

  • Soccer volleyball

  • Kick backs for extra technical work

  • Shooting on "Goalshot" - Shooting & Finishing trainer

  • Speed and Agility equipment

Sessions will include:

  • Functional movement warm up

  • Technical work - First touch and passing

  • Fùtebol Form & Fitness plyometric series

  • Speed and Agility

  • Technical work - Aerial control

  • Group passing progressions
