Form & Fitness Sessions

Our Form & Fitness sessions are hour long sessions where players can "drop in" and get some extra training. This program is ran in a circuit format. Players will rotate through the different activities in small groups. Sporting Director, Brian Kallman will be there to guide and encourage the athletes, but this is a program also designed for kids to take control of their training. By working, competing, and playing in small groups players are encouraged to push each other to work harder, improve their skills, and have fun! After all, this is why we all play the game. So grab your buddies and come out to our Form & Fitness sessions. Sessions will include: Triangle Plyometrics, Core Strengthening Exercises, Speed & Agility, Soccer Tennis, Soccer Volleyball, Shooting for scoring zones, and more!

$10 per player and all sessions are at Liberty Ridge Park (11375 Eagle View Boulevard Woodbury, MN)

Mondays at 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
