Individual Training

Fùtebol Form & Fitness' individual training programs are customized one hour sessions that help players broaden their technical skill base, enhance comfort on the ball, boost confidence, and amplify tactical knowledge.  These trainings will help to eliminate any game weaknesses while continually cultivating strengths.  Individual sessions are personally conducted by former pro player and Sporting Director, Brian Kallman.   

Sessions will focus on the following

  • Individual footwork drills

  • Fùtebol Form & Fitness plyometric series

  • First touch and passing technical work

  • Ball striking instruction

  • Aerial control technical work

  • Game inspired positional situation drills

$75 for individual session
