Small Group Training

Whether its current teammates, past teammates, or friends, some players perform better in small groups. In our small group training, you can control who is in your group to ensure players are of similar age and playing ability. With more players than our Individual sessions we can add in more activities. Fùtebol Form & Fitness may add players with the approval of the group. Each session focuses on: 

  • Individual footwork drills
  • Fùtebol Form & Fitness plyometric series
  • Combined focus on individual skill and technical work with a partner
  • Group passing progressions
  • Game-like situational drills



2 players - $50 per player

3 players - $40 per player

4+ players - $30 per player

Individual Training

Fùtebol Form & Fitness' individual training programs are customized 1-hour sessions that help players heighten their technical skill base, enhance comfort on the ball, boost confidence, amplify tactical knowledge, and reform any weaknesses while continually progressing strengths. During individual sessions, you are training with Ex-Pro and Sporting Director, Brian Kallman.  

Sessions will focus on the following

$ 75 for a single player 

From June through August Individual sessions can not be booked more than a week in advance. We can look to form a Small Group or check out our U9 - U14 6-week Summer Programs for more options.

  • Individual footwork drills

  • Technical work- First touch and passing 
  • Technical work -Aerial control
  • Ball striking
  • Game-like positional based situations
