Futebol Form & Fitness – 6 Week Summer Programs

6-week Summer Program meets once a week

Fùtebol Form & Fitness' summer programs are geared toward individual skills development and creating training environment to apply these teachings. We train in the afternoons, giving your players the opportunity to attend other week long camps in the morning. Our hour long sessions take into account the proper work : rest ratios to ensure players are able to train for play in games later in the day. These programs are open to players of all skill levels that want to improve their game. Registration required, email below!

Sessions will include:

  • Dribbling warm up, that maximizes touches on the ball

  • Fùtebol Form & Fitness plyometric series

  • Passing & receiving drills

  • Ball mastery of attacking and escape moves

  • Small group play

Players will benefit from the following:

  • Learn and improve upon dribbling technique and moves

  • Improve foot speed and quickness

  • Increase confidence on the ball

  • Improve first touch and passing

  • Experience realistic, challenging situations to implement skills

  • Gain valuable leadership skills

 

Price $130 for 6 sessions or $25 per session

U7/U8 - 6 Week Programs. 

  • Tuesdays at 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

U9/U10 - 6 Week Programs. 

  • Mondays at 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

    • 6/10, 6/17, 6/24, 7/8 7/15, 7/22

U11/U12 - 6 Week Programs. 2 Different training programs.

  • Mondays at 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

    • 6/10, 6/17, 6/24, 7/8 7/15, 7/22

  • Thursdays at 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

    • 6/13, 6/20, 6/27, 7/11, 7/18, 7/25

U13/14 - 6 Week Programs

  • Fridays at 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

    • 6/14, 6/21, 6/28, 7/12, 7/19, 7/26
